Orders and availability
Menu items, pickup windows, delivery areas, and quantities remain subject to availability until your order and payment are confirmed.
We may contact you if an ingredient, design request, or fulfilment detail needs clarification before we can accept an order.
Custom bakes
A custom-order enquiry is not a confirmed booking. We confirm feasibility, design direction, timing, and pricing separately before requesting payment.
Reference images guide the brief; handmade results may vary in small details and colour across ingredients, screens, and lighting.
Pickup, delivery, and changes
Please review the pickup or delivery information shown during checkout. Delivery timing, fees, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Delivery and Refunds & Cancellations policies linked in the footer.
Food products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Tell us about dietary requirements before ordering, and contact us if you need ingredient guidance.
Customer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.
If an item supplied by us is incorrect, unsafe, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with the order details so we can review an appropriate remedy.
