If you upload reference images for a custom bake, we use them only to understand and respond to that enquiry.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Hew & Frost does not store your full card or payment-instrument details.
We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, and order operations. They receive only the information needed to provide those services.
Retention and choices
We retain order and enquiry records for fulfilment, support, accounting, and legitimate business needs. You can ask us to correct or delete information where applicable.
